The past couple weeks have been busy, busy, busy so I thought I'd share some of our latest projects.
First, we have a sign and pole that was pressure washed, and then painted with a high gloss epoxy. This product was sensational and provided a great finish product!
We have been busy on a few commercial projects including a Meineke Car Care Center, and Husqvarna Plant. We are looking forward to working with the Woodrow Wilson House restoration and completing the interior painting at the beginning of 2013! With the holidays quickly approaching I'm sure your wondering what you can do to impress the relatives as they come to town. We do pressure washing on houses that will take away that black and green that is on your siding! If your front porch rails are in need of a spruce up then call us to paint them, whether metal or wood we can do them both! Call us at (803) 781-2008 for a free estimate and one of our estimators will come soon!
We are a locally owned painting company based in Columbia, SC. We have been a member of PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America since the early 90's. We paint residential houses, commercial buildings, and do decorative painting. We provide carpentry repair, pressure washing, and other repair/cleaning services as well. Exterior in Chapin!
Even with the rain coming in and out, the Midlands of South Carolina have stayed warm the last couple weeks, and has allowed us to finish up some jobs. We finished up a job in Chapin, and here are some pictures from the house/garage. We painted the house 3 or 4 years ago and it still looks immaculate! The garage we finished up a week or so ago.
If you want to check out our other residential painting projects. Check out our website at http://www.palmettodecorators.com/residential-home-painting.htm and our pictures at http://www.palmettodecorators.com/painting-portfolio.htm.

New Year, New Jobs!
In the past month we have finished up some very big jobs, and are starting some new ones. We completed the Big Apple (Historic Home of Columbia), and moved on to the Governor's Mansion downtown. We painted the whole front of the house along with some ornate railings. We also worked on a job on Sumter Street across from the State House, that was a big office building. Pictures are definitely soon to come! We are scheduling for the Spring so check out our company website and Facebook and Twitter pages for more info!
